We are currently encountering a period of significant change and the Governors are seeking an experienced Principal with strong leadership and team development skills, vision, who will embrace the opportunity to lead from the front, while empowering staff to deliver positive outcomes for all students, regardless of background or ability.

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning and achievements in transforming educational provision as a Principal
• Extensive experience in the UK secondary sector
• A proven record of success in working closely with parents/carers, local schools and other partners for the benefit of all students

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and thoughtful leader who daily seeks to make a real difference to the lives of young people, who, in turn, will go on to make a positive difference to the communities within which they work and live.

They will understand the importance of accountability at all levels, be resolute in their refusal to accept low expectations and genuinely value and understand the importance and contribution of our parents and the wider community to the education of our students.
