Every pupil is expected to wear compulsory college uniform as shown below. Sports kit should be brought in to school in an appropriate bag on the days it is needed.
NEW: School Uniform Ordering Information
We are pleased to inform you that we will be embarking on a new way of ordering and paying for school uniform with effect from September 2019.
Hewitts of Croydon will be the sole supplier of Ernest Bevin approved uniform and sportswear and will also have available plain clothing such as trousers and shirts.
You will be able to purchase and pay for these online at Hewitts of Croydon or by visiting their store at 45-51 Church Street, Croydon, CR9 1QQ. All ordering information including sizes, delivery and returns procedures will be on-line for ease of reference. Hewitts accepts payment by cash, visa, visa debit and mastercard.
We do have a small stock of uniform available in the Admin Office which you can purchase now but once this stock is depleted, we will no longer be replenishing it.
Hewitts of Croydon will have a display of uniform at Ernest Bevin College on 11nke July 2019 from 5pm – 7pm when you will be able to place orders and ask any questions you may have.
Sixth Form students do not wear uniform but are expected to dress smartly.

All students should have the following equipment with them each day:
Pens, pencils and a small set of colouring pencils
Basic scientific calculator
Geometrical instrument set
Eraser (note Tipex or its equivalent is not permitted)
Reading Book (to be carried at all times)
A sturdy bag to carry books and equipment
Sports kit appropriate to the day’s activities
Please name all items of school uniform & equipment to ensure they can be returned to your child if they are found. Any unnamed items will be kept in the college office and parents are encouraged to enquire after any items that have gone missing. PE kit will be kept in the PE office and boys who have forgotten their kit may be able to borrow items if available. At the end of each term, any remaining unclaimed items of clothing that cannot be returned to their owners will be donated to a local charity shop.
