  • Online Safety

At Ernest Bevin College we teach our students how to stay safe online. The internet is a vast resource which offers endless opportunities to enhance learning and social networking. However we recognise the need to keep children safe online and we do this through providing regular training for the children and providing information to parents and carers.

Is Tuesday 5th February 2019 and the theme is ‘together for a better internet’

Ways in which EBC aims to keep children safe online throughout the year:

  • ICT lessons

  • Safer Internet Day activities

  • Assemblies

  • Talks for Parents at Year 7 Induction evening & at other times during the year

  • Give out copies of Vodafone’s Digital Parenting magazine to students in Years 7 & 8
